Garlicky Green Bean Casserole

We love a good green bean casserole, especially with a hint of garlic!


  • 8 oz. Minerva Dairy Garlic and Herb Butter, melted
  • 3 cans of Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 4 cans of cut Green Beans
  • 1 cup Portabello Mushrooms, rough chopped
  • 1 large can of French's Crispy Onion Rings
  • 1/2 cup Baker's Whole Milk
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Black Pepper


Preheat oven to 350F.

In a large bowl, combine the soup, milk, black pepper, and melted butter. Mix in the green beans and mushrooms. Place into baking dish and add the onion rings on top. Cover with tinfoil and bake for 30 minutes and then remove tinfoil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
