Candied Maple Carrots

This lightly sweetened side dish makes it easy to get the kids to eat their veggies!


  • 12 oz. Organic Rainbow Baby Carrots
  • 1/4 cup Minerva Dairy Maple Butter
  • 1/4 cup Unrefined Palm Sugar
  • Sea Salt and Black Pepper to taste


Melt Maple butter in pan and add Palm sugar over low heat. Stir to melt sugar and add Carrots, Sea Salt, and pepper. Cook, stirring so sugar doesn't burn, until carrots are al dente. Serve immediately.
