Croissant Waffle Breakfast Sandwich

Need a quick and savory breakfast option? Keep it simple with this tasty breakfast sandwich.


  • 6 appetizer style Croissants, sliced in half
  • 1/4 cup Minerva Dairy Maple Butter, melted
  • 6 Breakfast Sausage patties, cooked
  • 6 slices of Minerva Dairy Raw Milk Cheddar or Muenster Cheese


Brush the tops and bottoms of the croissants with the melted butter. Place a bottom into a hot waffle iron and add a sausage patty, a slice of cheese and a croissant top. Close the waffle iron pressing down. Cook until cheese melts and croissant is golden brown. Serve immediately.
