Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

You don't have to spend the whole day in the kitchen to make these flavorful morsels. This tasty appetizer made with Minerva Dairy Garlic and Herb Butter is ready to serve in 20 minutes!


  • 6-8 "baby" portabella mushrooms
  • 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
  • 3/4 cup lump crab meat
  • 1/3 cup Minerva Dairy Garlic and Herb Butter (plus 2 Tbsp.)
  • 1 shallot, diced small
  • 1/4 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley, rough chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste


Clean mushrooms and remove stems and dark "gills" - discard stems and sit gills aside and dice fine. Dice 1 shallot finely, rough chop parsley. Melt Garlic and Herb Butter and add all ingredients except lump crab meat to bowl and mix. Gently fold in crab meat. Stuff mixture into mushrooms and place on a baking sheet in the oven at 400°F until golden brown. Melt additional 2 Tbsp. of Garlic and Herb Butter and drizzle over mushrooms just before serving.
