Divine Chicken

Cheesy, savory, and tasty are all good words to describe this delicious chicken recipe that will always be a favorite for family or friends.


  • 4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 3 Cups White Balsamic Vinaigrette (marinade)
  • 4 Tbsp Minerva Dairy Garlic and Herb Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Minerva Dairy Amish Roll Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Flour
  • 1 Cup Baker's Whole Milk
  • 2 Tbsp Sherry Wine
  • 2 Bunches Broccoli
  • 1/2 Cup Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 Cup Green Onion, diced
  • 1 small jar Marinated Artichokes
  • 1 Cup Minerva Dairy Raw Milk Cheddar, shredded
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • Dash of nutmeg
  • Sea Salt and Black Pepper to taste
  • 4 foil "drip pans"


For the Marinade:
Place chicken breasts into a large storage bag and pour in the Vinaigrette. Marinade overnight in the refrigerator, turning a few times.

On the grill:
Grill the chicken breast until brown on both sides over medium heat. Place the 4 foil "drip pans" on the grill and add the Garlic and Herb Butter. Once melted, add the veggies. Sauté until the veggies are starting to wilt and then place a chicken breast into each pan.

For the sauce:
In a saucepan, melt the Amish Roll Butter over medium heat and whisk in the flour making a blonde rue and cooking out the flour taste. Whisk in the sherry and the Milk until smooth and starting to thicken. Lower the heat and add the nutmeg and the cheese and whisk until smooth.

Ladle enough sauce to cover each chicken breast and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Let cool slightly before serving.
