Artichoke and Capocollo Pizza

We took thin crust pizza to a whole new level with this mouth-watering recipe!


  • 1 15" Thin Crust Pizza Shell
  • 1/2 Cup Minerva Dairy Farmer's Butter Cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 Cup Minerva Dairy Muenster Cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 Cup Minerva Dairy Garlic and Herb Butter, melted
  • 1/8 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 Thin slices of Capocollo Ham
  • 1 small jar of Marinated Artichokes


Preheat wood-fired pizza oven to 500 degrees or gas grill with pizza stone to 400 degrees. Assemble the pizza by spooning the melted butter on the pizza shell and swirling it to cover the entire shell. Sprinkle with the two shredded cheeses evenly. Top with pieces of artichoke and Capocollo. Dust with the grated Parmesan and place in the oven/grill. Bake until Cheese is bubbly and edges are crisp.
