Sriracha Honey Brussel Sprouts

Add a little kick to a classic dish with our Sriracha butter!


  • 4 oz. Minerva Dairy Garlic and Herb Butter
  • 1 lb. Brussel Sprouts, sliced
  • Orange Blossom Honey to drizzle
  • Sea Salt and Black Pepper to taste


In a large sauté pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add the Brussel Sprouts, Sea Salt, and Black Pepper and sauté till starting to caramelize. Place in serving dish and drizzle with honey or place in a toasted flat bread and drizzle with honey.
