Watermelon Farmer's Salad

Put a twist on a healthy, light salad with this delicious recipe!

Ingredients:

  • One medium-sized Watermelon (rind removed) diced
  • 1/2 pound Minerva Dairy Farmer's Butter Cheese, small cubes
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint, roughly chopped


Directions:

In a large bowl, combine ingredients, being careful not to smash the watermelon pieces. Serve cold.
