Summer Time Pizza

Use summer veggies for fresh flavor and crunch ... you won't even miss the meat!


  • 2 packages refrigerated pizza dough
  • 4 cups of your choice of chopped vegetables (tomatoes, celery, shredded carrots, zucchini, and yellow bell peppers)
  • 2 cups shredded Minerva Dairy Farmers Butter Cheese
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 1 envelope ranch dressing seasoning


Prepare the crust according to the package directions, but only bake for half of the time recommended time.

In a large bowl, mix sour cream, cream cheese, and ranch dressing seasoning. Set aside.

Once the dough is half baked, spoon half of the ranch creamed mixture on top of the pizza crust. Add half of the chopped vegetables, followed by two cups of shredded cheese on top of the pizza. Place the pizza back into the oven for the remainder of the recommended baking time, or until the cheese melts on top of the pizza.

Follow the same steps with the other pizza dough and the remainder of the ranch cream mixture and vegetables.
