Our 2 lb.(approx.) Salted Amish-style Roll Butter is 84% butterfat and made by the batch in a churn. Throughout Five Generations we have continued to make our Amish Style Butter in small batch churns with naturally cultured cream. The slow churning process gives the butter an authentic thick texture and then we mix it with additive-free Sea Salt before hand-packing the butter for you to enjoy as a table butter or for cooking.
